01Host & Creator
Dan founded The Courtroom Files and has hosted TCF Live since October 2024. He also hosts Sidebar and co-hosts In the Blind with Mike and Dan.
Based in Arizona, Dan is an entrepreneur and a strong proponent of faith, family, personal accountability, and commentary without manufactured hype.
02Operations & Show Support
Beth, Mrs. TCF, handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shows moving. She also makes occasional appearances on Sidebar.
As producer of In the Blind with Mike and Dan, she puts in the research and preparation that make each episode possible.
03Video Editor & Post-Production
Eli manages long-form editing and post-production, turning raw courtroom footage into the polished videos viewers watch on YouTube and Rumble.
A lifelong technology learner, he also explores his local community on daily walks that can stretch seven to ten miles.
04Guest Host & Sidebar Panelist
Michael brings a lifetime of broadcasting and voice work to Sidebar, TCF Live, and In the Blind with Mike and Dan.
A weatherman at heart, he also publishes a daily Phoenix, Arizona weather discussion on his own channel.
05Sidebar Panelist
Lindsey found LawTube through a 2024 case in Judge Simpson’s court. A Northern Michigan native, she helps viewers understand the cultural and geographic nuances of Michigan cases.
She joined Sidebar in 2025 and contributes a police-blotter segment to the TCF pre-show. Away from court, she enjoys curling, hiking, cycling, baking, reading, and sports.
06Sidebar Panelist & TCF Archivist
Ashley is a business leader, educator, and investigative storyteller. She is president of Golden Era Instruments, advises small businesses, and teaches business concepts at Purdue Global University.
For TCF, Ashley maintains a detailed live-show archive and uses it to research recurring themes and prepare thoughtful Sidebar analysis.
07Sidebar Panelist
Austin has been part of the TCF family since August 2025. His interest in the legal system began with law enforcement and grew into a focus on courtroom work.
He earned an associate degree in Paralegal Studies in 2021 and works as a legal assistant.
08The “Real” Host of TCF
Ele is the show’s supervisor, morale officer, microphone inspector, and occasional chaos coordinator. Dan may operate the cameras, but Ele knows the production runs on her schedule.
She has no law degree, but she does have strong opinions, excellent instincts, and a firm belief that justice is important. So are treats.
