First, I want to thank you all for the support you’ve shown me and the community we’ve built over at The Courtroom Files on YouTube (and other places) over these past 18 months. I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating - the fact that you choose to give me so much of your time never goes unnoticed, and it’s always appreciated.

This Substack is meant to add a new layer to our current offerings. We have TCF and the multiple ways to access it. We have In the Blind with Mike and Dan, our newest show. We plan to launch more programming soon. But I felt I needed a place to tie it all together. A place to offer deep exploration on the topics and issues we cover in those spaces. A place to put my thoughts out there in a more meaningful way.

So, that’s the goal and the mission. While the rest of our offerings operate on a schedule, this will not. I will write and post as the spirit moves me, so to speak. If I am to offer deeper thoughts and deeper meaning here… well… that’s antithetical to a set schedule.

I look forward to communicating with all of you here over the years to come. Please, never hesitate to join the conversation. Share your thoughts. Agree. Push back if you see fit. It’s all fair game. I just ask that we all respect each other here, like we already do in the other places our community occupies.
